Joshua has a diverse cultural background growing up in the US and Japan, indulging in the two quite opposite cultures which has shaped his high receptiveness and openness to different ways of thinking. Working on numerous projects across Asian markets nurtured him with rich experience in various fields of expertise from branding, digital, media, PR and even as a client which gives him the advantage to break through the complex challenges of the marketing communication scenes of today.
Joshua is also the winner of Young Lions PR competition at the 2014 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, which makes him the first Japanese ever to win the gold medal in the competition. During his tenure as the corporate PR team director, he has collected awards at Spikes Asia and PR Award Grand Prix with work on social good activities in Japan, which has created a pathway for the organization’s dedication to corporate CSR activities.
Currently he is leading the business development of the global network, together with a collaborative team that is culturally, demographically and professionally diverse but yet singly minded.
