Fueled by massive appetite for pop culture, Shantanu brings on board a distinct brand of thinking converging at the logical yet lateral. His motivation for work stems from a deep rooted belief that the profundity of an emotion is always more overwhelming than the precision of any statistic.
Work-born and raised in JWT, Delhi, his planning journey began at the house of planning. There he got an opportunity to transform into a thoroughbred planner by championing the strategy for some of the biggest global brands. His next destination was McCann, Delhi. His tenure saw the agency catapult itself from the 8th to the 3rd most effective agency in the country within 2 years.
In ADK he has been given the responsibility to be a cerebral change agent for the organization in the APAC region. His career that spans close to a decade has been embellished with its fair share of laurels including 9 EFFIEs, of which 2 were recently won for ADK’s Pocari Sweat campaign in Singapore.
